This package is for lot sizes 90-100ft x 120-150ft with standard size landscape beds. The mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off all areas surrounding the home will be included in this package. Lawns shall be mowed more frequently during the active growing season and as needed during all other seasons. During extended rainy or dry periods mowing will take place as conditions dictate. Mowing height will be determined based on the horticultural standard for the turf variety and season. Ground cover will be edged and trimmed as necessary to keep grass within bounds and out of landscape beds. All areas to be completely blown free of all lawn debris.
